Career Opportunities Indian Armed Forces

NCC, Troop No.2/ 29, in association with the Department of Physics, organized a lecture on “Career Opportunities for Science Graduates in Indian Armed Forces”. Commander (Dr) VP. Senthil, Senior Staff Officer (Education), Headquarters Western Naval Command (Mumbai), was the resource person.

He explained different entry-level in the Indian armed forces, the age limit, eligibility criteria, the time for the call and the method of preparation. He also explained how to register on the available websites to get notifications about the vacancy position. The resource person shared his own life experience to motivate students to never give up. He stimulated interest among the participants to choose a career in the armed forces.
