The Department of Business Administration organised the Career Guidance on Employability in Shipping and Logistics on 26.02.2023 at Seminar Hall, GJ Block. The welcome address was given by Mr.Sivakumar-III BBA. Followed by Mr.P.Jeniston, Assistant Professor delivered the introductory speech about Career Guidance. The presidential address was given by the Vice Principal Dr.A.Arunachala Rajan. Dr.R.Karuppasamy, Head of the Department has delivered the keynote address about shipping and logistics. Then, the career guidance session was handed over to the Resource Person Mr.P.Jeyanth Thomas, Senior General Manager, Chakiat Agencies Pvt. Ltd., Thoothukudi. He presented the lecture on scope of shipping and logistics industries, current job opportunities in shipping and logistics, and required skill for employment. Totally 140 students are benefitted from this programme. Ms.Merlin-III BBA Shipping and Logistics has proposed the vote of thanks.
