Business Quiz 2026: Exciting Challenge Engages 82 Students

Report on Consumer Club Business Quiz Competition

Business Quiz Competition was organized by the Department of Commerce (SF), in collaboration with the Consumer Club of Kamaraj College (Autonomous), Thoothukudi, on 31 August 2026 at the GJ Block.

The competition was conducted from 9.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. with the objective of enhancing students’ business awareness, general knowledge, analytical thinking and competitive spirit.

A total of 41 teams comprising 82 students participated enthusiastically in the competition. The impressive participation created an energetic atmosphere and made the programme a successful knowledge-based activity.

Objectives of the Business Quiz

The Business Quiz aimed to encourage students to expand their knowledge beyond regular classroom learning.

The major objectives were:

P. Mahendran and J. Jebarlin of II M.Com also secured the First Prize as Team B.

Thus, two II M.Com teams shared the First Prize positions in the competition.

Second Prize

A. Siva Balan and T. Santhosh of I B.Com Banking and Finance secured the Second Prize.

Their achievement highlighted their knowledge and competitive spirit and added to the strong participation from undergraduate students.

Third Prize

C. Sanjeev and B. M. Vishnu of II B.Com secured the Third Prize in the Business Quiz Competition.
