The Blood Donation Awareness Programme was successfully organized on Monday, 05 January 2026, from 01.30 p.m. to 03.00 p.m. at the Swami Vivekananda Block of Thoothukudi Kamaraj College (Autonomous). The programme was conducted for the second-year undergraduate Mathematics students with the objective of creating awareness about the importance of voluntary blood donation.
The programme was jointly organized by the National Service Scheme (NSS) Units 54, 55, 56, and 145, in association with Unnat Bharat Abhiyan. Such initiatives play a vital role in sensitizing young minds about social responsibility and public health.
