Awareness Programme on Disaster Management – Botany Dept.

An awareness programme on Disaster Management was organised by the Department of Botany on 07/07/2023. Mrs. Nattar Ananthi, Assistant District Fire Officer, Fire Safety and Rescue department was the resource person. The team of fire brigades demonstrated the various rescue methods during the fire accidents. They also instructed how to handle the fire extinguishing apparatus at the times of emergency. Totally 125 students from the Botany Department participated and got benefitted through gaining valuable knowledge about fire safety awareness programme.
