The PG and Research Department of History in collaboration with the Pearl City Queenbees, JCI, conducted an awareness program on ‘Cyber Security’ on 09-02-2024. Senior Advocate V.subachini Wilson, from Mahila Court, Thoothukudi, was the chief Speaker. The chief Guest gave an interesting and inspiring speech for the students and induced the spirit of consciousness among the students. They were acknowledged with the details of the bad effects of Cell phones and its misuse in the Society. They were alerted about the cyber crimes and how to escape from it and avoid it in the beginning itself. More than 180students participated and got initiated. The student’ organizers from the history department, made all arrangements under the guidance of Dr.A.Devaraj, Head & Assistant professor of History along with the history department staff members.
