Awareness Program on Cereals – EDC & History Dept.

The food safety Department, The Entrepreneur development Cell and the PG and Research Department of History collaboratively organised an awareness program towards the Cereals and their importance in daily life on 17.10.2023. They celebrated this as the Cereals Day by displaying the Cereals along with their nutritional value. The chief Guests were Mr.K.Retnarajansingam, Spirunila Cultivation & Promotion, program Coordinator and Dr. Mariappan, District food safety officer. Both of them elaborated on the basic needs of health and nutrition for a successful life and Career. Nearly 250 students participated and were motivated towards it. The students Association members organised this program under the guidance of Dr.A.Devaraj, Head and Assistant professor of History along with Dr.Ponnuthai, Assistant Professor of Commerce as well as the Coordinator of Entrepreneurship development Cell of our College.
