Avoid the use of single usage plastics

On the behalf of Kamaraj College (AISHE code _ 41209), under Unnat Bharat Abhiyan scheme an awareness programme was, conducted on “Avoid the use of single usage plastics” at A. M. A. Hindu Higher secondary school, Sivathaiyapuram. Dr Esther Rani, Primary health care, Sivathaiyapuram participated as the chief guest of the programme. She also gave a special speech. She explained about, “RRR “, single-use plastic and Environmental Health. Around 30 students participated in the programme. At the end of the programme, all the students took a Pledge to avoid single-use plastics.
