ARC Training Program – Commerce Dept.

The ARC (Attitude, Relationship, Communication) Training Program was successfully organized by the Department of Commerce (SF), Kamaraj College (Autonomous), Thoothukudi. The event focused on leadership development, teamwork, and communication skills, providing a transformative learning experience for all participants. The program commenced with a warm welcome note by Dr. N. Paulraj, setting the stage for an engaging and insightful session. The training aimed to equip participants with essential skills to build connections and lead with confidence. Renowned trainers conducted various sessions, including, Dr. A. Valarmathi – Leadership Development & Product Branding, Dr. S. Umamaheswari – Entrepreneurship engaged the participants in a variety of interactive activities, such as leadership exercises, team-building tasks, communication workshops, and simulated stock trading. These hands-on sessions fostered decision-making, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial thinking. The event saw an enthusiastic response from students, aspiring entrepreneurs, and professionals, all eager to enhance their leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. The practical and engaging approach ensured active participation and meaningful takeaways for everyone.
