Alumni Interactive Session – Dept. of Computer Science

The Department of Computer Science (SF), Kamaraj College, Thoothukudi, organized an Alumni Interactive Session on 23rd September 2024 at the Seminar Hall, C.V. Raman Block. The resource person was Mr. R. Mari Selvam, who was a student in the Computer Science department from 2017 to 2020. He currently works as a client manager at Enova Software and Hardware Solutions in Coimbatore. B. Kobika of III BCA delivered the welcome speech, and Dr. G. Sophana, Head of the Department of Computer Science (SF), inaugurated the program. The resource person was honored by Assistant Professor Mrs. G. Ramalakshmi. Mr. R. Mari Selvam, a former student, motivated the students by sharing his experience as a client manager. He also provided insightful information regarding the career prospects for computer science graduates in both IT and non-IT fields. The vote of thanks was delivered by D. Gladson of III BCA. Final-year BCA students actively interacted and benefited from the session, learning about company policies as well as the current scope of opportunities in IT and non-IT fields.
