Alumni Interactive Session – Dept. of Computer Science

On August 1, 2024, the Department of Computer Science (SF) at Kamaraj College, Thoothukudi, conducted an Alumni Interactive Session in the Seminar Hall, C.V. Raman Computer Science Block. Mr. Ramasamy Pothipichai, an alumnus of the Computer Science Department from the batch of 1999 to 2002, served as the resource person. He has 20 years of experience in the IT sector, specifically in the SAP Analytics domain, and is currently employed as a Program Manager at CGI.
D. Esther of II B.Sc. Computer Science delivered the Welcome Address. Dr. G. Sophana, Head of the Department of Computer Science (SF), honored the resource person. Mr. Ramasamy Pothipichai motivated the students by teaching them how to build essential skills for securing a job and succeeding in an organization. The Vote of Thanks was delivered by P. Joythika of I B.Sc. Computer Science. Students from both B.Sc. and M.Sc. programs gained a comprehensive understanding of the necessary skill sets and current IT trends through active interaction.
