Alumni Interactive Session – Computer Science Dept.

The resource person for the event was Mr. R. Dinesh, a proud alumnus of Kamaraj College, currently working at TCS, Chennai. He was invited to deliver a motivational lecture on how students can prepare themselves for placements in leading companies.

The event began with a note to God. The welcome address was delivered by R. Divya Dharshini of III BCA ‘A’. The guest introduction was presented by P. Karthika, also from III BCA ‘A’. Mrs. S. Jeya Selvakumari, Assistant Professor of Computer Science, felicitated the session, and the guest was honoured by Mrs. P. Sheela Jasmine, Assistant Professor in the same department.

Following this, Mr. R. Dinesh addressed the gathering. The students were inspired by his success story and actively engaged in learning about soft skill development. He provided a step-by-step guide for improving communication, teamwork, and confidence, and responded to all student queries with great patience and clarity.

The vote of thanks was proposed by K. Akshaya Preethi of III BCA ‘A’. The session concluded with the National Anthem and left everyone on a happy and successful note.
