Alumni Interactive Session – Botany Dept.

The Department of Botany organized an Alumni Interactive Session on 12.04.2024 at Kamarajar Kalvi Arangam, Kamaraj College, Thoothukudi. The program started with Tamil Thai Vazhthu. Our Alumni Mr. P. Pratheepkumar was the Chief guest of this program. Mr. P. Pratheepkumar shared his experiences and motivated the students to avoid hesitation in getting a bank job. He also highlighted that any degree holder can enter into the IT field by developing their skills. The students asked their doubts and gave feedback at the end of the session. Around 90 students participated in this program. Dr. T. Ponrathy honored the chief guest and gave a brief introduction. Dr. P. Pounraj and M. Muthu Sheeba, Assistant Professors of Botany were present. Dr. T. Kumareswari, the Department Alumni Co-ordinator and the student organizing members organized the program. K. Karthik Raja (III yr) delivered the welcome address. The vote of thanks was proposed by A. Munia Sakthi (I yr). The entire program was anchored by A. Gnana Rajeswari (II yr). The program ended with the National Anthem.
