Alumni Interactive Session – PG & Research Department of English (SF)
The PG & Research Department of English (Self-Finance) at Kamaraj College (Autonomous), Thoothukudi organized an enriching Alumni Interactive Session on 11 July 2025, featuring Ms. T. Anantha Valli, M.A., NET, a distinguished alumna and currently serving as Assistant Professor of English (SF) in the same institution.
The session was designed to offer valuable academic and career insights to the current students. Ms. Anantha Valli shared her experiences and strategies for NET/SET exam preparation and discussed various career paths available for English graduates, including opportunities in content writing, editing, research, and teaching.
Drawing from her own professional journey, she offered practical tips and encouraged students to embrace continuous learning and skill development as essential tools for success in both academics and the job market.
The event included an interactive Q and A segment, during which students actively engaged with the speaker, asking insightful questions related to career planning, higher studies, and personal growth.
