On June 16, 2025 @2 PM, the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) in colloboration with the Computer Science department organised the Administrative Development Programme on AI Powered Computer Skills for Smart Documentation at Computer Science Lab of Kamaraj College. The program focused on enhancing computer skills of administrative staff members to do smart documentation with AI-powered tools. Non-teaching staff are the primary participants in this programme.The resource person Dr. H. Benjamin Fredrick David, Assistant Professor of Computer Science, K.R. College of Arts & Science, Kovilpatti leads an engaging hands on training session, introducing efficient AI tools and automated systems, advanced options in MS office to streamline documentation processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort. Our Vice principal Dr.S.Senthil felicitated the programme and welcomes the gathering. Around 35 faculties .eagerly participated and gained a deeper ideas on usage of AI tools for documentation. The members of IQAC and FDP Committee had planned and organised the program in a successful manner.
