Advances in Crystal Growth and Nano Materials

A National Webinar On Advances in Crystal Growth and Nano Materials was organized by the Department of Physics (SF), Kamaraj College, Thoothukudi on 18th June 2020. The webinar was conducted through Google online Meet. The Resource person for webinar were Dr.G.Ramalingam, Assistant Professor, Department of Nanoscience, Alagappa University, Karaikudi and Dr. Muthu Senthil Pandian, Research Scientist, SSN Research Centre, Chennai. The webinar started at 10.45 am. The welcome address was given by Dr.U.Rajesh Kannan, Programme Convener and Assistant Professor, Department of Physics, Kamaraj College. The webinar was inaugurated by the Principal Dr.D.Nagarajan. Dr. G. Ramalingam delivered his speech on the topic ‘Inner Engineering of Quantum Mechanics and Development of Nanotechnology’ between 11.00 am-12.30 Pm. Dr. Muthu Senthil Pandian, delivered his speech on the topic Development of device quality nonlinear optical (NLO) and ferroelectric single crystals between 3.00pm -4.30pm. There were 325 participants from, Tamilnadu, Nagaland, Punjab, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Telagana, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Jaipur, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Orissa, Kerala, Delhi, Jammu and Kashmir, Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka, Assam, Odisha, Puducherry, and Andrapradesh. The webinar ended with the vote of thanks given by the program Convener.
