Academia Chess – 2023 A

Intra Academy Chess Competition was organised on 08.10.23 by Thoothukudi District chess Association and Kamaraj College. 10 Chess Academies from Thoothukudi District participated in the tournament. The event was inaugurated by the Forest Department officials who were present inside the campus. The Valedictory function was presided by Mr. P.S.P.K. J. Somu, Secretary of the college. The chief guests of the function were Mr.R.Dhanasekar David Advocate/ Notary public Vice-president of TN Bar Federation and Dr. Jothi Kumar, proprietor of Pothigai Sweets. The event had the backing up of Kamaraj College and Thoothukudi DCA representatives.
