Soft Skill Development Programme on Hacks to Breakthrough Interviews – BBA Dept.

The Department of Business Administration and Shipping & Logistics has completed a one-day Soft Skill Development Programme titled “Hacks to Breakthrough Interviews.” The programme was conducted on 03.01.2025 from 10 am to 1 pm at Kamarajar Kalvi Arangam, Kamaraj College. The guest speaker was J. Francina, Senior Client Service Executive, TTK Services, Bangalore. Dr. R. Karuppasamy, Head, the Department of Business Administration, was the convener. The speaker explained the strategies to face an interview without fear. A live demo of interviews, written exams, and group discussion sessions occurred during the programme. A total of 150 students from BBA General and SL participated and gained interview information.
