As part of the Student Induction Programme, a session was organized for the students of B.Com (General), B.Com (Corporate Secretaryship), B.Com (Banking & Finance), B.Com (Banking & E-commerce), B.A (English) & B.Sc. (Visual Communication) in the Seminar Hall & Mini Seminar Hall, G.J Block. The resource person for the session was Mr. M. Vishnu, Advocate, and Alumni who delivered an insightful talk on the topic “Know Your Law.” The resource person was honoured by Dr. S. Raman, Assistant Professor & Head, Department of Economics & Public Administration. The guest speaker elaborated about intellectual property rights during the session. Students interacted with the resource person and acquired clarification about the penal laws and codes. The students found the program to be instructive and helpful, as it helped them to comprehend the need of legal knowledge in both their personal and academic life.
