Girls’ Grievance Redressal Cell of the Department of Business Administration has organized a meeting for all girl students. In that meeting, the following objectives were discussed,
1. To create an organisational structure for resolving student and stakeholder complaints.
2. To give the students quick access to a channel for resolving their complaints.
3. Inform the students of their obligations to obtain advantages that are due under the policies.
4. To create organised dialogues with students to learn about their expectations.
5. To find systemic problems in the administration and design of different general insurance products and then look for fixes.
6. Encourage the pupils to voice their complaints.
7. To establish and encourage a healthy campus culture and work environment.
The girl students were motivated to come forward to raise any type of grievances either academic or personal to the female staff members of the department.
