One Day Training Program – English Dept

The Department of English in collaboration with Talent Quest for India, Ullas Trust organised a One-Day Training Programme on 7 July 2023. Mr. A.T. Theepak Suvitson of II M.A English Literature delivered the welcome address. Mr. Hari Hara Subramanian, Engineer, L & T Technology and Services, TQI Volunteer, Ms. S. Seyed Ali Fathima, Academic Specialist- Byjus, TQI Zonal Head – South 1 and Mr. S. Yusuf, TQI Volunteer were the trainers for today’s sessions. Ms. S. Fathima explained about TQI. She highlighted its benefits and reaches . The second session was handled by Mr. Hari, he elaborated on the teaching process for class IX and class X on the basis of summit 1 and summit 2, which consists of activities for five days. He trained the student volunteers of the English department on planning, executing, decision-making, and the magic of appreciation, which they can follow during their visit to the government schools. The students actively participated in all the activities. The session came to an end with the vote of thanks, which was conveyed by Mr. M. Suba Nithin of III B.A English Literature.
