One of the most impactful initiatives under the institution’s Five Pillars of Development framework has been our ongoing collaboration with industry partners. This initiative serves as a cornerstone of our commitment to aligning education with real-world demands. Through strategic partnerships with companies, organizations, and professionals across various sectors, we create meaningful opportunities for our students to gain hands-on experience, industry exposure, and practical insights beyond the classroom.
This scheme directly supports the institution’s core objective — ensuring that our students are well-prepared to excel in their careers after graduation. By integrating industry expectations with academic training, we help students bridge the gap between theory and practice, enhancing their employability, confidence, and adaptability in competitive professional environments.
Industry Collaboration
Since 2018, our college has actively pursued and established long-term Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with a diverse range of partners, including manufacturing industries, service sector organizations, hospitals, and NGOs. These collaborations are designed to facilitate consultancy assignments and minor research projects, offering our students valuable hands-on learning experiences.
Each year, our students successfully execute over 15 professional contracts with private sector companies and non-governmental organizations. These real-time projects provide students with firsthand exposure to workplace dynamics and industry expectations. Through these assignments, students engage directly with industry professionals and the general public, applying their academic knowledge to solve real-world challenges and contribute meaningfully to the client’s objectives.
These collaborative efforts not only enrich the students’ technical skills but also enhance their communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Most importantly, they offer a clear window into life after college, equipping students with the confidence, clarity, and competence required to succeed in a professional setting. This model of experiential learning continues to be one of the most effective tools in preparing our graduates to meet the evolving demands of the industry.
