Introduction
The Personality Development Programme on the topic “Campus Leadership: Grow, Lead and Inspire” was successfully organized by the Students’ Council of Kamaraj College (Autonomous), Thoothukudi on 14 July 2026 at 3.15 p.m. in the Auditorium.
The programme was conducted with the objective of enhancing students’ communication skills, leadership qualities, self-confidence, discipline and overall personality development. It provided a meaningful platform for students to understand the importance of leadership in campus life and future career growth.
Objectives of the Programme

The programme commenced with a warm Welcome Address delivered by Mr. S. J. Bless Gabriel Cecil, Student Council Chairman. He welcomed the Principal, Students’ Council Coordinator, student organizers and participants.
In his address, he highlighted the importance of student leadership and encouraged the participants to make effective use of the session. His welcome address created a positive beginning to the Personality Development Programme.
Honouring of the Principal
As a gesture of respect and gratitude, Dr. M. Ummu Jasmine, Students’ Council Coordinator, honoured Dr. K. Bhanumathi, Principal, with a memento.
