Day2: Induction Program – Aided Students (First Year)

Today’s Induction program for the first year students started with the awareness speech of Mr. Senthil Elanthiraiyan, DSP, Thoothukudi District on Drug Abuse. In his inspiring speech, he explained vividly the ill effects of drugs. Dr. K. Banumathi, Associate Professor & Head, Department of Zoology was the resource person for the second session and she gave a talk on ‘Human Health – Self & Body. The third session was headed by Mr. P. Anand, and he delivered a motivational speech on literary works and dragged the young minds towards reading writing and acting. The last session was handed over to the placement department and two trainers from our college motivated the students to appear for all kinds of Competitive examinations. All the students attended the sessions with great enthusiasm.
